Windows 10: Restored Previous Version of Windows 10 but still no performance betterment.

Greetings,I was having windows 10 1807 version and I upgraded to 22h2 but there was a performace issue. So I restored my build but still it is unstable. What can I do? Specs : 2nd gen i3 500 GB HDD 4GB DDR3 RAM AMD RADEON HD 6630M [DX11.2 SUPPORTED]

• What was the issue you were facing in Windows 10?
• What made the system to be shut down while in the process of restoring?
• Do you have the backup of the Windows 10 or the previous Windows?

To isolate the issue, we'd like to get the following information:

• Were you able to access your device after it was rebooted?
• Are you still getting the "Restoring Previous Version" message? If yes, we suggest performing a System Restore. Restoring won’t affect your personal files, but it will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed after the restore point was made.

Restoring to previous version of your windows

Windows 10 Fall Update (build 1511) showed up on my Windows 10 Pro laptap. It went through all the steps including the final "speed-o-meter". When it reached 100%, the "speed-o-meter" disappeared and up popped the start screen displaying the message "restoring
to previous version of your window". I did a command line "winver" and indeed, it reverted back to my previous version. Any suggestion? No error messages displayed.
