    Restoring the Paint App's enlargement increment back to 100% when you hit "CTRL-PgUp"


    After installing the 9/12/23 update KB5030219 / Build 22621.2283. I noticed that when I'm working in the Paint app and hit "CTRL-PgUp" to enlarge the pic I'm working on, it only enlarges by 10% instead of the previous 100%. How do I reset the enlargement % back to the original 100% increment? I've read through the info page for the Update and can't find a paragraph about this change and how to reverse it. I've also tried skimming through the Settings regarding the Paint app and can't find anything that way.MJ

    CTRL+PgUp // CTRL+PgDn

    My CTRL+PgUp and CTRL+PgDn hotkey suddenly stopped working. The keys work independently (i.e. my CTRL keys and PgUp PgDn functions work on their own), but the combination no longer works for switching tabs in Chrome or even Excel.

    Any suggestions as to why this may be happening?

    Hi,

    I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

    • If you have a mouse with a wheel, hold down the Ctrl key, and then scroll the wheel to zoom in or out.
    • From the keyboard, you can increase or decrease the zoom value in 10% increments. To zoom in, press Ctrl + (+). To zoom out, press Ctrl + (-). To restore the zoom to 100%, press Ctrl+0.
