Windows 10: Restrict Softwares from Internet Use

I want to restrict some softwares who drain my internet while doing office work or downloads.
It is hectic to check task manager to close programs consuming internet data unnecessarily.
I just want to ALLOW one or two softwares to access my internet and deny all other programs including programs related to windows.
Is there any feature in windows for this purpose or any software which can help me in this?
