    Which browser you are using?

If you are using Internet Explorer, then try the below steps and check:

    a. Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools.

    b. Click on Internet Options and click on the
    security tabs.

    c. Click on Restricted sites and click on the sites button.

    d. If any of these websites are listed in the restricted sites, select the websites and click on the remove button to remove it from the list.

Restricted access to a ticketing website

    I can't access quite a few websites

    Hi Tania,

I understand that you are currently facing an issue with accessing certain websites on your Windows 10 computer. It appears that your old job may have set up content filtering on your devices, which is preventing you from accessing the websites you need. I suggest trying to disable content filtering by following these steps:

    > Open Microsoft Edge and go to the Family Safety app.

    > Turn off the "Filter inappropriate websites and searches" toggle.

If the above steps do not work, then it is possible that your old job's IT department may have placed further restrictions on your devices. In that case, it may be necessary to contact them directly and request that they remove any remaining restrictions on your devices.

    I hope this information helps.

    Best regards,

    John D.
