Windows 10: Restricted Mode?

    restriction code

    If your phone is asking for restriction code means you it is locked to some particular network.....So to use it in all networks you need to unlock it...

    I have watched it on Space.com this morning but video failed. This is all I get:

    I found the problem but not the solution, it was Opera browser. When I opened it in FF it told me the link was now closed (as the 'event' was over.)
