Windows 10: Restriction warning MSN

Account restriction You can't comment for 72 hours I got this statement today with a warning and without a reason why. 2 days ago, I got a warning for the same reason without a reason. I am trying to appeal it, but I am having no luck finding where to go to appeal it. The most I have comment on is when I said I had a degree on a subject we were commenting about it quit letting me comment on it. * Changed to a question* Moved from Community Center* MSN added to title

I wish I had a better course of action to suggest but the only solution I've seen posted here was by a user who reported the problem and asked for help via the Feedback link that's on nearly every MSN page. This person did this every day for about 6 weeks and finally got help.

There was, for a while, a more direct way to ask for help with a problem like his, but that's gone.

• What was your last activity on your account before the problem started?
  
• Have you already reset your password?

MSN Weather App live tile keeps stopping

Hi,

Since you already completed the troubleshooting provided and it did not resolve the concern with the live tile of the MSN Weather app not updating, we suggest that you reset the MSN Weather app by following the steps below:

• Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings
  app and then select System from the list of options shown.
  
• Under the System options menu, select the option on the left-hand panel labeled
  Apps & features.
• Under Apps & features, scroll down through the list of apps installed on your computer and locate the
  Weather app.
• Select the Weather app and then click on the link "Advanced options".
• Once you have the "Advanced options" menu open, click on the button labeled "Reset".
• Once you click on the "Reset" button another prompt will show up notifying you if you would like to complete the reset. Just click on the "Reset" button to complete the process.

Once you complete the steps provided, we suggest that you restart the computer first before you proceed to set up the MSN Weather app again and also verify if the live tile will update properly or not. If the steps still do not resolve your concern we suggest
that you follow the steps on this
