Windows 10: Retrieve the last email sent to shared mailboxes

Hello I am trying to receive a list of the last emails received to shared mailboxes on a hybrid setup, it would need to display the email address and when the last email was received. I know that message trace can only go up to 10 days via PowerShell but we've had mailboxes that would have not had emails for months that need to be removed. Any help is appreciated

Unable to reply/send email from shared mailbox

I have users setup as shared Mailboxes that also cannot send from their mobile devices.

The issue is account, not device, specific. You can configure the effected email account on ANY mobile device and expect the same behavior.

I have my office email (regular mailbox) configured on my device and it is working fine. I hear word of an email address within my organization that is unable to send email from a mobile device, so I remove my config and set up their mailbox. It will not send
new email, I am able to reply but new messages do not go, they fail to send and sit in the outbox.

I have tried it on iPads, iPhones, an LG, and a Samsung Android device using the native mail app and the office for iphone/android - same behavior with each. It has something to do with the shared mailbox account.

Anyone have account specific insight or steps to take for resolution?

 

Who Sent Emails on a Subject (I am responsible for) to my manager who

I need help to find out who, on my behalf, sent email to my manager during my leave of absence. My manager is unavailable because he has now left company. Without Login Credential of Manager who left Company, but with following criterion: 1. Mailbox owner is previously my manager (as per Outlook Organization) 2. Known Email Subject 3. Known Month of Email Sent Is it possible to get email address of sender(s)? Without login credentials of Manager who left company, is it possible to know the Senders of Emails (on certain Subject) to him/her? BACKGROUND Every month, I submit Report combining content of emails from other Departments by: 1. eMail as attachment to my manager 2. share attachment in above step 1 to a network location. During my leave of absence, I received emails from other Departments but from my history of missing email, I am uncertain if there are subsequent emails to combine into a Submittal. On the other hand, within my department, someone else did step 1 on my behalf but did not update me by any means (no email nor Team). I am now faced with Step 2 without its attachment. I need help to contact the Senders of Report to my manager to get the attachment.

 

Saving sent emails

This is again. I have found that I can immediately retrieve the sent emails if I click on the "sync" circle--the one with the arrow at the end of the circle--which is on the left hand side of the screen right above where the titles of the sent emails
are listed.

Doing the restart seemed to help, but clicking on the sync circle definitely speeds up the process of retrieving the sent emails.

I would still like to know if that Windows Live 2012 update would work on Windows Live 2011.
