Windows 10: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID...

If i try to open WD Smartware i get an error message Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {81213AB4-5937-4340-88CD-66B4BC80DF73} failed due to the following error: 8007042cIn the past this program worked well and that's why i don't open it a lot. Now i need it but don't have acces anymore

my app uses word object in code and i have installed ms office 2016 and it throws this error; Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {000209FF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80070005

We have added a Windows Server 2019 to our network to host websites. We have tooling that uses Microsoft.Web.Administration to manage IIS however it cannot connect to the new server. I have searched a lot and found people with similar problems but have not yet found any solution that works. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We get the following error everytime our tools try to connect to the server:

from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable).

This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
