Windows 10: Retrive bitlocker recover key for windows 11.

My Asus Laptop is asking for bitlocker recovery key, while the key is not available in my device options/nor in my microsoft id. How to recover Windows. There is important data there. Also is there any option to confirm the account ID which was used to logged into the Microsoft account.
