Windows 10: Return question

I was in the Microsoft store and ordered Windows 11 Pro, the transaction went so fast I didn't know if it went through. Then I ordered Windows 11 Pro for workstation the same way. After a few minutes they both showed up in my order history, and the are being shipped to me, which is NOT what I wanted to happen. I need to know how to return one of these, I am only using a single computer. The Self service portal is a spiraling nightmare of no answer paths. This shouldn't be so difficult to get resolved, but here I am in some nameless place trying anything I can to get some satisfaction . Can so

New here and seeking for help: problems with graphic card

One question thou: you suggested me to Download the latest driver package from Nvidea. However, the link you posted is for the newly released GeForce GTX 760? Am I supposed to download the drivers for that card?

Sorry for my questions. As I said, I'm not an expert at all.

Hi, you would need to describe exactly what you have done step by step as the possibilities in your minimal description are many. We don't even know for sure exactly where your original disk is or what method you have used, so no point suggesting data recovery methods yet.
