How to return from domain join instead to the main page with sign in with Microsoft?

Basically, i will start working from home and i am still waiting for my my company to send me all details and all passwords reset, and when i have reached the page with sign in with Microsoft, because i didn't had the passwords, i have pressed the bottom left hand button "domain join instead" and i have created an user, a password and hints for the password. Now i want return to main page, the one with sign in with Microsoft and i don't know how to do it. As mentioned, the laptop should be for company use and not personal use. The Page will reload after I leave the page to other pages, then return to the page only in several seconds

My question is :





When I am in page 1 on the Edge, then I just click the page 2, only after several seconds(about 5~10s), when I click the page 1 again, it will reload the page.

For all the pages, they are the same.

So, if I edit some txt on the page, and go onto the other page and return the original page, it will reload the page without saving.

What can I do?

Reviews page error

This happens only if you do not let the " auto suggestion search box" appear and hit enter right after finishing typing.

It seems that it is the result of an XML HTTP Request that has/returns status 0, because the page is "reloaded" before the request was able to be processed by the server.
