Windows 10: revert to Windows 19041 from 20H2, possible? how?

Without my permission, Windows 10 spontaneously updated to 20H2 two days ago. Anyway to revert to the previous version, which I believe is 19041 or whatever the latest version before 20H2? Two days ago, when I turned on this desktop PC, which I use maybe once or twice a week, it went through some setup menu and asked me to enter an email address. Without thinking, I entered a hotmail address and, alas, I created a Microsoft account, which I had always been trying to avoid. I have searched the net to figure out how to remove the Microsoft account and use local account. All the articles I have found say there is an option called "sign in with a local account instead". Well, all PCs and laptops I own don't have that option. I do see a "Manage my Microsoft account" option but it's gray out. I followed this link (2 Ways to Disable or Block Microsoft Account in Windows 10/8) and changed the registry value of NoConnectedUser to 3. It didn't work. The account I am working on is the default Administrator account. Maybe this account is so special that it's missing some options. I don't know. I don't think I can nor want to delete this account. So, the only option, besides reinstalling Windows, seems to be somehow revert to the previous version of Windows. Possible? In the Settings/Windows Update/View update history/Uninstall updates, I don't see the option to remove 20H2 because the last updates installed was in May. There is nothing in June.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Windows 10 version 20H2

The computer in question had Windows 7 on it and there was not an option to uninstall the 20H2 update. So I have reverted back to Windows 7. Is there a way to download and install Windows 10 version 2004? The games will work on that version but not the
20H2 version.
