Windows 10: Reviewing location history - huge discrepancy

Looking for suggestions, corrections, etcI was just reviewing my location history for the last month. It ping pongs between saying I'm in my home area Toronto & surrounding areas, Ontario Canada and a whole bunch of suggestions that I've been in Savannah, GA. That's not a small discrepancy. Does this suggest my microsoft account is being accessed by someone else in a completely different country? What concerns should I have?

Discrepancy in Windows Update History

Hello Microsoft,

Recently, I checked the windows update in my Windows 10 ver. 1809 PC and there was a discrepancy observed in Windows Update History as compared to "wmic qfe" quick fix engineering command.





As you can see certain updates are not visible in Windows update history. I would like to know why the Servicing Stack Update (KB4470788) and March 2019 quality update (KB4489899) are not visible in the Windows update history. Why there is a discrepancy
here as most of the user would check the Windows update history rather than the command "wmic qfe" ?

Activity History - Location

I am currently reviewing my Account History from my Microsoft account. More specifically the location data under Account History. I recognize all of the locations except one and it stands out like a sore thumb. The address is
Gali No 4, Shahdara, DL 110093. I live in Florida and haven't ever even visited India. How can this address be appearing in my location history data?
