Windows 10: Rhythmic sound of HDD

Hello

My laptop has gotten a terrible problem after updating to 2004 version of Windows 10 .

When I leave my laptop for few minutes without putting it into the sleep mode , the Hard Disk Device freezes and produces a rhythmic sound , the LED of HDD freezes , too , whereas there is not any Writing-Reading process in HDD and It seems there is not any files transferring among Main Board and HDD . I have recorded the sound of HDD in this situation but I am sure this sound is not HDD clicking because it is not loudly and just appear while a heavy process is running or when I leave the laptop . In this situation I can not do any thing in Windows . Sometimes problem solves after few minutes and HDD returns into its normal performance but at the most of the time I should disconnect the battery or have a hard shutdown .

I have ran many solutions for solve this problem , such as running SFC command but it has freezes in 4% and after a while the same problem has appeared and at last the command didn't finish . I have also ran check disk command but it couldn't help me , too .

I am really confused that what happened to my HDD after Windows 10 May 2020 update . I really need a solution because I really afraid of losing my data .

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue
