    Explorer ribbon icons not showing up.

    Hi TanishSamarawickrema, Thanks for getting back to me. I understand your frustration.

    Could you please try to show the ribbon file explorer just in case it was accidentally hidden?

    Solution 1: Show ribbon file explorer

    Open File Explorer and on your keyboard press the CTRL+F1 keys to toggle to expand, show - default the Ribbon.

    Or

    On your search bar type folder options > View tab.

    in Advanced Settings check "Always Show Menus" > OK

    Solution 2: Always Show Ribbon in File Explorer

    Right-click or press and hold on an empty area of the Ribbon tab bar > Click on Minimize the Ribbon to uncheck it.

    Solution 3: Perform a Clean Boot

    A "clean boot" starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. This is similar to starting Windows in Safe Mode but provides you more control over which services and programs run at startup to help you isolate the cause of a problem.

    Ribbon missing in the task explorer, the libraries and also the text which appears on the title bar are also missing.

    Please let us know the troubleshooting steps that you have performed to assist you better.

    Meanwhile, I suggest you to follow the steps below.

    To Show Ribbon in File Explorer for Your Account from QAT. Right click or press and hold on an empty area of the Ribbon tab bar, and click/tap on Minimize the Ribbon to check it. (see screenshot below)
