Riff Wireless Headphones not connecting to Windows 11

I have a pair of Skullcandy Riff wireless headphones. They successfully pair to my phone, tablet and old Win10 laptop, but I cannot get them to pair with my Win 11 laptop. I've tried resetting them, and I've tried updating the Bluetooth driver, but I can't get them to appear on the device list at all I have never successfully paired them, so nothing to roll back to.When I click on "Add Device" I see all sorts of other devices Xboxes, phones, etc but not the headphones.

    :)

Riff Wireless Headphones Arent Playing Audio

    Good Day Michael,

My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 11 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

First, you need to check the wireless headphones works using a different device for us to check if the issue is with the computer or the wireless headphones itself.

If it does the same using a different computer means that the wireless headphones t is faulty

If the wireless headphones works using a different device , please proceed with the steps below.

Here are the steps you can try.

    Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter

    -Go to Settings

    -Click System

    -Click Troubleshoot then “additional troubleshooter

-Look for Bluetooth , click it and run the troubleshooter.

Once done proceed with these steps.

    -Press Windows Key + R

    -Type Services.msc and hit enter

    -Look for "Bluetooth Support Service"

-Set it to start then Automatic.

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Bluetooth

-Look for Bluetooth driver that was installed

    -Right click and Update

-Look for "Browse my computer for driver

-Let me pick drivers available drivers

-Choose an old driver and use it.

Restart your device, then check the wireless headphones.

If issue persist, let's download and install the Bluetooth driver

What is the exact model of your computer for me to check.

To check the system model proceed with these steps.

    -Press Windows key + R

    -Type msinfo32 and hit enter.

-Look for the System Model and manufacturer and post it here.

I hope the information above helps. Please let me know how it goes.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.
