Windows 10: Right after the latest update a few days ago, mrxsmb 139 symptom keep occuring

I wanted to upload my files via smb 3 to nas. But its connection keeps disabled.There was not this kind of symptoms at all. These all from the latest update. I wanna know how to report this to microsoft engineer team. I also did disable ipv4 connection and large send of ipv4.

  sfc /scannow
  and hit

If you’re referring to cumulative update then I would suggest you to uninstall the updated and check if it helps.

Step 1: Follow the steps below to uninstall the updates.

• 
  Go to control panel, then click on Programs and Features.
  
• 
  Tap on View installed updates, then find the latest updated installed.
  
• 
  Right click and uninstall the update.
  

If the issue persist I suggest you to perform System restore and check if it helps.

Step 2: Perform System Restore.

Since the issue occurred after an update, I suggest you to perform system restore.

Important Note: Restoring won’t affect your personal files, but it will remove apps, drivers and updates installed after the restore point was made.

Why is Cortana so slow and right after major updates installed 2 days ago?

Major updates were installed 2 days ago May 22, 2018, and now Cortana is very very slow and half the time if I type something into Cortana, it does not get it all by the time Cortana comes up, so I have to retype and of course back to being so slow it
is ridiculous. I love Cortana, but not like this. Help someone, and please don't tell me to do a dozen steps to get it fixed like the Shell thing, run as Administrator when I already am the Administrator, live alone, no one else has access to my lap top.
I am 78 and not computer literate and do not need those steps you always suggest. The new updates caused this issue. It was absolutely fine before those updates.
