Windows 10: Right click menu disappears as soon I try to display the menu using right click or Windows...

In explorer, the right click menu disappears as soon as I try to display with either:1. using right click on Mouse2. using the right click button between the alt and ctrl key3. using shift+f10this indicates an issue with Windows and not any hardware.P.S. don't want any suggestions from volunteer tech support or so-called MVPs that repeats the same scripted non-working solutions below that has nothing to do with the actual problem i.e. none of the solutions below work:Right click menu quickly disappears, but only when right clicking - Microsoft CommunityWindows 10 Right Click Menu on Desktop

Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.

I found this, A registry tweak that lets you take ownership of a file with a right click option. I find it very useful myself, hopefully some of you guys will.
