Windows 10: Right click menu options are not being highlighted on 22H2

Hello I'm having this exact problem posted hereRight click menu options are not being highlighted when hovering over an option Using dark mode, the highlight shows up correctly,but using custom with light mode or custom mode with light for apps gives you a highlight that is the exact color of the background. This wasn't the case with Win10 Version 1909.Things I've tried include resetting profiles, creating new user accounts, registry edits to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors\Hilight and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Themes\DefaultColors\StandardHilight and

Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.

Mouse no longer highlights options on right-click menu.

So since the other day, whenever I right click the screen (usually the desktop) and the right-click menu pops up, the mouse no longer highlights the option it's hovering over. While I can still click those options, the highlight (darkened area around the
text) is no longer visible. This is causing me to hit the wrong button. Can anyone help?
