Right click on 2nd monitor moves cursor

Hello,--- QuestionHow can I keep my mouse right click behavior consistent on my 2nd monitor, regardless of whether or not my dual monitor setup is using matching scaling or not? In other words, how can I use 150% scaling on my main monitor and 100% scaling on my 2nd monitor and have expected behavior from a right click?I've found similar posts on other forums, but none relating directly to this issue.--- ContextI have 2 monitors - a 4k 3840x2160 monitor and an ultrawide 3440x1440 monitor. I've left the resolution and scaling at their default/recommended settings. For the 4k monitor, the re

Problem moving the cursor between monitors after replacing one of two monitors.

After replacing one of two monitors, the cursor wouldn't move correctly between monitors. One of the other threads on this topic was helpful, but it took me awhile to fully understand the suggested solution. Below is what I did to fix my problem. If you
have the same issue, I hope this helps.

The problem turned out to be my computer display settings showed the new monitor was to the right of the existing one when it was actually on the left. (The new one has an LED display, so I wanted it to be the primary.)

I could move between monitors by moving to the left on the new monitor screen and to the right on the existing one. Here's what I did below:

Right click on either monitor screen.

In the popup window, select "Display Settings"

In Display Settings scroll down to "Multiple displays" and select "Extend these displays"

At the top of the "Display" window, grab one of the displays with the cursor and move it to change the left to right order, then click "Apply"

Now the monitors are in the same order in the "Display Settings" as they are in front of you. That should allow the cursor to move between the monitors.

I only use two monitors, but I'm sure this same concept works with more than two.

  3. Mouse/cursor won't travel to 2nd monitor

I have Windows 10 on my laptop. I plugged in a large 2nd monitor to my laptop. Now, the mouse won't go to the 2nd monitor and that is the place that is showing the display options. So, I can't make any changes. The mouse cursor will only work on my laptop
    screen.

    How do I fix this?
