Windows 10: Right click on desktop to open new file takes lot of time .Google chrome stiops opening any...

When I press right click on mouse on desktop the pop up window opens instantly but clicking NEW for file takes lot of time to open.


secondly google chrome stopes starting new browser once all browsers are closed .This is also random and sudden. both problems are almost having same age ...may be 3-4 months


MY program is windows 10 kept latest updated version always


The anti virus is quickheal program.


PC is Lenovo all in one


earlier there were no such problems on same setup

Cortana wouldn't open Google Chrome

As you suggested I used the term "Start" this time but it didn't work. Just like with previous terms it took me to Bing Search.

The prefix "Start", "Open" and "Launch" worked well with other apps and programs except Google Chrome.

PowerPoint file crashes PowerPoint upon opening

since this happens in some of the computers only, suggest that you open the file on working computer and copy everything and paste to a new powerpoint file.
most of the time it works to me. *Smile
