    Right-clicking on the desktop menu takes exactly 2 minutes to respond with the context...


    It doesn't happen with any other context menu, just when I click on an empty space on the desktop screen. I've tried the ShellExView application, and I don't have any 3rd party apps that are causing it. I've timed it twice and gotten exactly 2 minutes of waiting time between right-clicking and seeing the context menu both times.
