Windows 10: Right hand side arrow keys, insert etc of keyboard not working in normal boot. Everything...

Hello.I have recently run into an issue whereby the right hand side and caps lock on my keyboard are not working. The number keys work however pressing the number lock key does nothing not even illuminate the light. I have booted into SafeMode and everything works correctly.I have spoken to Microsoft who suggested that this is a driver issue with my motherboard and that I should contact them. I have updated my motherboard BIOS and I updated the chipset drivers but that hasn't helped. I have noticed that in my system information, the kbdclass and kbdhid drivers are NOT running.. They are

Unfortunately they have not resolved the issue.

After reviewing the on screen keyboard, the right arrow key on the keyboard when pressed is acting as the ALT and DELETE keys.

The right arrow does not function as a right arrow key in the BIOS menu

either.

 

down arrow key stopped working

My razor lycosa down arrow key decided to not respond at some point today. The other ones work and so does the numpad arrow if i turn off the numlock. Sounds like its just broken and im screwed, but any suggestions?

Some time ago, my right arrow key stopped working. I thought it was just the keyboard I had been using, but I've been through three different keyboards now and it has stayed broken. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the keyboard drivers, yet that only makes it work for a few moments before the computer gets past the password screen. The right arrow key is still being detected by a keyboard detection website, yet it doesn't work in any application I try to use. It is certainly not the physical keyboard, since the key is detected and works fine on other computers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
