Windows 10: Ring Camera Video Blury in Media Player

I have a video from Neighbors ring camera but it is blury and I cant read license plate. How to I make the video sharper so I can read the license plate

I suggest you to run both Windows Media Player Library and Settings troubleshooter and check.

Windows Media Player is correctly installed on your computer, and checks to see whether your Player Library is corrupted.
