Windows 10: Rise App

Hi guys an app called rise connected to my windows acc but i didnt do that and i was wondering if you guys know more about the rise app and where it came from I also hat problems yesterday with my steam acc getting hijacked and 35 cents were stolen wich i do not really care about i changed all passwords and also pit in 2FA everywhere so yeah.Idk what this rise app is and i would love if someone knows if it is spyware or sum
