Windows 10: RMA'd laptop had the OEM Windows 11 license and now I cannot use it on the new computer

Microsoft support has already cancelled both of my service requests so I'm resorting to forums.I recently bought a laptop without the OS pre-installed and bought a license of Windows 11 with it.After a while the computer showed problems so I resorted to RMA and then warranty, after which a new one was sent to me, and since both the license and it were bought on the same store, they proceeded with the installation of the software, only for it to show the 0xC004C008 error. I've tried the troubleshooting but since this issue is inheret to the activation on the older computer I can't do much by my

Remove OEM license and replace by Retail license

I want to remove OEM license and replace by retail license. The reason is I'm a vendor who sells `Computer Desktop` and `Laptop` to customer. Those Computer Desktops and Laptops have OEM license but my customer just want retail license only for financial reason. So I need to remove OEM license then replace new retail license to Those devices. I tried to change license in menu "Change Product Key" but after changed I tried to check license by using "ShowKeyPlus" app in Microsoft store. it still show me OEM license and have no Retail license which I've just entered it.

How can I remove OEM license and replace by Retail license in Windows 11?

 

Moving OEM license to a new device

I have a question about transferring OEM licenses. Well, 2 years ago I bought a laptop with Windows 10 Pro pre-installed on board. However, I am now assembling a new computer and would like to transfer the OEM license with the key to the new equipment,
of course completely unpinning the license from the old laptop. I know that the license key on the hardware with the pre-installed system is saved on the motherboard but I do not intend to resell or transfer my laptop to anyone else. It is possible?

 

Question about OEM licenses

For an OEM license Windows, do I have to get a new Windows license everytime I upgrade the mobo? I read that it was tied to the BIOS. Thanks.
