Windows 10: Roaming is locking my user

Hello, I my firm, when I'm changing of network adapter from lan to Wlan or from wlan to SIM card then my user is locked. But Always On VPN ist funktionning and I did not understand why it's coming. I have outlook always open on my laptop. Where can I see the reason of the locking?Best regards.Jean.

Roaming folder's setting not loaded comepletely?

I assume you are talking about this folder:

c:\Users\Jianwei\AppData\Roaming

If so then these steps should fix the problem:

1. Mark the code line below, then press Ctrl+C to copy it.
2. Click the Start globe.
3. Press Ctrl+V to paste the code line.
4. Press Enter.

cmd.exe /c attrib -h -r /s /d "%UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming" & pause

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.

• Have you activated the roaming feature, prior leaving Greece and Denmark?
• Have you checked with the network operator in Greece if the phone is solely dedicated or locked solely for their SIM card?
• Any error messages that appears when your trying to activate the roaming feature?
