Windows 10: ROBLOX Choppy FPS Issue

Comparing normal roblox to the one from microsoft, i can clearly say there is a big FPS difference between these two. Now , in a certain game , if i join it with normal ROBLOX , I will get around 150-200 FPS . And in Microsoft ROBLOX , it will be 60-100. however , despite having that amount of FPS that is considered smooth and good , it feels very choppy and laggy , like 30 FPS. I tried optimizing everything , it did get me like 10 extra FPS but no , it is still choppy. I know , lowering my graphics level would help me alot! But heh , nope . It will still have a difference and still be choppy

I reinstalled ROBLOX and used the FPS unlocker, and in a game by myself I averaged around 100-140 FPS.

In a game with other players, the lowest it went down to was about 50 and it ranged from 50-90 FPS.

Could this be something to do with my hard drive?

To add on,

I FPS spike in ROBLOX games such as Epic Minigames, but in some games I am fine. I feel like this could be something to do with my hard drive but I'm not sure.

 

FPS in ROBLOX spiking

Before this all started happening, I installed Dolphin Emulator and played Wii Sports on it. I played Wii Boxing and noticed my FPS on the game was quite low, and it made my laptop start to run a bit off. I decided to factory reset my laptop, and I wanted to play ROBLOX but then my FPS was spiking constantly. I then fresh and cleaned installed windows and the problem is still persisting. Could this be a CPU and GPU problem?

I've reinstalled Windows 10 multiple times and have done multiple things such as changing my power plan, updating drivers, and more and my FPS keeps spiking from 40-60 in every ROBLOX game.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
