Windows 10: Roblox crashing because of incompatible software, what does this mean?

Here is the error message: Roblox crashed because of incompatible software: \Device\HarddiskVolume7\Program Files x86\Trusteer\Rapport\bin\x64\rooksbas_x64.dllAny idea what this means? My game works for 45 seconds each time before crashing. Is it a graphics card issue?

Roblox keeps crashing due to incompatible software

Just randomly started today it pulls up roblox then says

Roblox crashed because of incompatible software:

C/WINDOWS/Windows32/DriverStore/FileRepository/gameflt.inf_amd64_25b1fe3637126834

Does anyone know how i can fix it im using the roblox player not the Microsoft store version
