Windows 10: Roblox downloaded directly from them and not microsoft store don’t work on Windows 11 ARM64

I made one a few days ago about Roblox not working on my Windows 11, but that was before I found out I had the ARM64 system type. I was told there was an issue with the microsoft store version, which I can’t download with the SnapdragonR processor if you didn’t know. I’ve done a lot of different methods to try and fix it. I was informed last time it was a roblox installer problem, but I felt like I should share this again either way as this one has more information on the laptop itself. If anyone has a similar problem or a solution, do respond so others know it’s not just them.

My game roblox won't download on the microsoft store.

If you haven't tried anything yet, please follow these steps:

Reset Microsoft Store app:

> Settings (Win + I key) > System > System Components.

> Scroll through the app list or use the search bar to locate the Microsoft Store app.

> Click the Three-dots menu (...) next to Microsoft Store and select "Advanced options".

> Scroll down to the Reset section, and click on "Reset" (confirm the action if prompted).

> Restart your PC and test.

Reset the Microsoft Store cache:

> Press the Windows + R key to open the Run dialog box.

> Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.

> A blank Command Prompt window will open for a few seconds, and then it will close automatically. > The Microsoft Store will open.

> Attempt to download again.

If the download is stuck:

> Keep the download process in the Microsoft Store going.

> Press Start and search for "Find and fix problems with Windows Store Apps", then click it to open.

> Click "Advanced" and then click "Next".

> After the diagnostic test ends, check if the download process is working.

> If it's still stuck, repeat the steps until it continues.

Roblox On the Microsoft Store

It looks as though the App packages for Roblox may still be on your device, which is why it is not installing.

Please can you:

• Press Win key & R together,
• Type: wsreset
• Press enter

Then try again at launching Windows store and downloading Roblox.

Roblox from Microsoft Store error

May I ask if by update you mean a system update or a Roblox app update? I can understand that it must be a difficult situation for you when things don't work as expected. However, let's follow these methods and check if they work.



1. Microsoft Store Cache Cleanup

• Right-click the Start icon and select "Windows Terminal (Administrator)" -> Enter: wsreset.exe
  

2.Reset Microsoft Store

• Open "Settings" -> Applications -> Applications and Features -> Find "Microsoft Stroe", select -> "Advanced Options" and reset
  

3. Uninstall and reinstall Roblox

• Download it on the internet and use roblox from your browser and try to see if the problem persists.
  
• You need to uninstall roblox in the application settings (Settings -> Apps -> Apps & features -> find the roblox app inside the right input box and click uninstall), then click on the link here, click on the game and it will ask you to install roblox.
