Windows 10: Roblox from Microsoft Store does not launch.

whenever i try to launch Roblox, the version downloaded from the MS store, it will open for a few seconds, then close.i've restarted my system, uninstalled & reinstalled, updated the program, repaired & reset the program through settings, disabled antivirus, tried WSReset, just about everything that is suggested save for doing a system restore i cant think of when this issue began or completely reinstalling windows, which i really would rather not do.it seems like ive done all i can do, but it simply doesnt work anymore. any help at all is appreciated.

Roblox On the Microsoft Store

Welcome to the Microsoft Community forums.

It looks as though the App packages for Roblox may still be on your device, which is why it is not installing.

Please can you:

• Press Win key & R together,
• Type: wsreset
• Press enter

Then try again at launching Windows store and downloading Roblox.

Option 1:

Open Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features

Scroll down to Roblox

Select it

Click Advanced options

Click Terminate

Restart

Check the Store for updates

See if it launches successfully.

Option 2:

Open Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features

Scroll down to Roblox

Select it

Click Advanced options

Click Reset

Restart

Check the Store for updates

Option 3:

Open Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features

Scroll down to Roblox

Select it

Click Advanced options

Click Uninstall

Restart

Check the Store for updates

Launch the Microsoft Store:

Click the ellipsis in the top right corner of the screen (...)

Click My Library

Scroll through the list then click the Roblox game if its listed there, then click the download button.

I understand how it could be when the applications doesn’t work as they are supposed to. We will look into this. However, please reply to the following questions to help you in a better way:

• Are you getting any error message?
  
• Since when are you facing this issue?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made on the computer recently?
  

In the meantime, I suggest you to follow the steps from the article

Microsoft Store doesn't launch to fix the issues you are facing in launching Store.
