Windows 10: roblox has an unrecoverable error

so I tried opening roblox and i got an error message saying that " roblox has an unrecoverable error" and then the system copied an information dump to my clipboard. I tried some quick fixes and none worked. I've also tried to find where the info dump should be posted but I could not. if there is any way to fix this problem please let me know.

Whenever I want to play roblox an error always appears that is, "we encountered an unrecoverable error" I tried everything to fix it and followed every single youtube video tutorial but nothing seemed to work i even considered getting roblox from the ms store but sadly it is not suitable for my computer. I contacted roblox support and gave me these tips: Run a system scan using your preferred anti-virus program to remove potential malware.

• Make sure you are not running any 3rd party software alongside Roblox. Additionally, we recommend temporarily disabling your anti-virus to ensure it is not causing an issue.
  
• If you are still encountering an issue, we recommend a clean boot. For instructions, see the Microsoft Support website here.

Roblox opening problem

whenever I try to open roblox it says that there is an unrecoverable error how do i fix that i've tried everything?

 

Unrecoverable error

An unrecoverable error has accurred while attempting to access the Windows Font Cache. This is often an indication of a corrupted Windows installation.

I get this message whenever I attemp to open one certian application. This only started happening after upgrading to Windows 10, and so far it is the only program that is having issues. I have contacted the support for the program and since the error
is saying windows is corrupted they are unwilling to assist.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program, reset all fonts to defaults, and the needed font is listed in the fonts.
