Windows 10: Roblox keeps thinking my desktop is a phone or mobile device

hiii, whenever i go into Roblox it will like show the mobile controls for a split second and then disappear and then go to normal but...i will auto jump every time i go to a ledge and see that the movement option will say move with thumb stick this has been going on for while i literally diabled my drawing tablet and xbox controller restarted my pc and uninstalled, basically everything i need help this has been going on for like a month please help

I'm using windows 10 and my Roblox keeps thinking that I'm on mobile, I downloaded it from Microsoft store but it still thinks I'm on mobile, it makes games harder and its hard to use Roblox.

Does your 2-in-1 have a touch screen, if it does, that is known to cause Roblox to think you are using a mobile device.

If you do have a touchscreen, go into Device Manager, then disable the Human Interface Devices - 'HID compliant touch screen' device and restart your laptop and that should solve the problem.
