Windows 10: Roblox not opening on brand new laptop Windows 11

Sorry if this is in the wrong topic, I've never posted on here before.I got a new laptop for Christmas and I really want to play Roblox, but nothing I do will make it work.I uninstalled McAfee since I saw that sometimes it can flag things as a false positive, I allowed it Roblox to bypass my firewall, and I tried using the app from the Microsoft Store, but none of these worked.When I try opening the launcher from the website, nothing pops up at all. When I open the app from the Microsoft Store, it loads for a second and shows me the logo, and then crashes before anything properly loads.

ROBLOX not opening/doing nothing after trying to launch it

My laptop is brand new, this issue started as soon as I tried to install Roblox on my laptop. The issue is not a game crashing, according to my task manager, Roblox launcher opens for only a few seconds before closing. It does not open up the app at all. If I try to open up a Roblox experience, the app does not open up at all either.

Here are my laptop details.

Ideapad gaming
AMD Ryzen 5 5500H with Radeon Graphics 3.30 GHz
The windows version is 11, Version 23H2

I downloaded Roblox from Google chrome and use that as my default browser. I read onto some advice and was told that the Microsoft store version of Roblox might work better. However, I run into the same issue. I see the ROBLOX window for a few seconds before it closes. No error messages included.

There can be a couple of reasons why Roblox stopped working. You can follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Update display adapter driver.

Step 1: Check for the latest driver update through Windows Updates.

• Search for Windows Update.
• Click Settings on the right side of the screen, then select Install optional updates from results on the right side.
  
• Once the Windows Update control panel opens, click on
  Check for Updates on the left corner to receive a fresh list of updates.

Step 2: Update the graphics/display drivers.

• Press Windows key + X on keyboard.
• Go to Device Manager.
• Right-click your device device.
• Click Update Driver Software and follow the on-screen

Once your done, Restart the PC and check if it works.

Microsoft Store says Roblox is "owned" but there is no trace of Roblox on my laptop

I am trying to download the Roblox app onto a new laptop.

Microsoft Store says that i now "own" Roblox.

There is no evidence of Roblox on my laptop.

I have followed every step in this article, but these steps have not helped:

Can't install the app, it shows "owned", but I don't - Microsoft Community

Please can someone help.
