Windows 10: Roblox not showing keyboard and mouse control option

I have an acer pc and i can't change the movement mode in roblox to keyboard and mouse. I don't even have it as an option. I tried changing the camera mode but nothing helps. Also i saw a similar question on here and read that solution but i don't have the windows pen and ink option in services.

I have a hp laptop that does not have a touch screen.

I installed roblox from the microsoft store.

i am using windows 11.

In the settings menu I cannot change the movement mode to mouse and keyboard its not an option.

I have tried to change the camera mode.

I do not have a touch screen driver under device manager

On your computer open Services

Find "Windows Pen and Ink service"

Right click on it and choose "Properties"

Set the startup type to "Disable"

Click Apply and OK

Restart your laptop

Open Roblox again and try to use the mouse and keyboard

I can’t get on keyboard+mouse mode on roblox.

Dear Chandler,I understand that options are not displayed in Roblox;

In that case I recommend you try to Reset Roblox;

Press Windows key + i and go to Applications;

Click Apps & Features;

Locate Roblox in the list and click on the three dots on the right to access Advanced Options;

Scroll down the page and click on Reset;

Now open Roblox;

Start some game;

Click on the Roblox icon (Top left corner of the screen);

Click on Settings;

In Camera Mode, set to Classic;

In Motion Mode, change to Keyboard + Mouse;

Check if it is now possible to use keyboard and mouse in Roblox;
