Windows 10: roblox not showing on microsoft store when i search it

my roblox launcher from the website wont even launch. even if i search roblox on microsoft store, it doesnt show up. i tried to uninstall it, delete all file from roblox and reinstall it but nothing worked. how to fix this?

Microsoft Store says that i now "own" Roblox.

There is no evidence of Roblox on my laptop.

I have followed every step in this article, but these steps have not helped:
