Windows 10: Roblox screen flickering with custom cursor

I've had an issue for a long time in roblox that anytime a roblox game uses a cursor that isn't the default cursor my screen will flicker black. I use the webversion and have tried both windowed and full screen, I have already changed surtain settings like display settings, full screen optimization, dpi settings, drivers and many other settings yet nothing works, hopefully someone can help me, because this has been like this for years.

why is my roblox screen glitching out?

Whenever I enter a Roblox game that features a custom cursor, my screen gets cut off horizontally at the position of my cursor.

In the bottom half, it displays what's shown in the top half and flickers black. Additionally, my screen flickers from side to side.

I'm not sure if this also correlates with the problem, but my mouse is not smooth; it's made up of lines, making it appear blurry. Unfortunately, I can't seem to capture a picture of it because whenever I go somewhere else that makes the cursor return to the default, such as in the menu or another app, it stops exhibiting the issues described earlier.

However, the cursor remains blurry. I've tried searching the web, but I couldn't find anything resembling my problem.
