Roblox will not uninstall no matter what I do. Even when I deleted all the files AND from the bin but its still there. Once I uninstall it I will reinstall it to get ROBLOX working again. Here is a picture of it. I've tried every possible tutorial and the Roblox help page but I do not have administrator on my laptop and cannot install any third party app.

  2. How do I fix my Roblox Freezing?

    Hi, JaylahCM

    Welcome to the MicroSoft Community.

Here are some possible solutions to fix Roblox freezing on your new monitor and PC:

    1. Update your graphics drivers: Outdated graphics drivers can cause games to freeze. To update your graphics drivers, go to the website of your graphics card manufacturer (NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel) and download the latest drivers for your model.

    2. Change your Roblox graphics settings: Try lowering your graphics settings in Roblox. This can help to improve performance and reduce the likelihood of freezing.

    3. Disable Fullscreen optimizations: Fullscreen optimizations can sometimes cause games to freeze. To disable Fullscreen optimizations for Roblox, follow these steps:

    • Right-click on the Roblox shortcut on your desktop.
    • Select “Properties”.
    • Click on the “Compatibility” tab.
    • Check the box next to “Disable Fullscreen optimizations”.
    • Click “Apply” and then “OK”.

    4. Verify the integrity of your Roblox game files: Corrupted game files can cause Roblox to freeze. To verify the integrity of your Roblox game files, follow these steps:

    • Open the Roblox launcher.
    • Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner.
    • Select “Settings”.
    • Click on the “Verify Files” button.

    5. Reinstall Roblox: If none of the above solutions work, you can try reinstalling Roblox. To do this, follow these steps:

    • Uninstall Roblox from your computer.
    • Download the latest version of Roblox from the Roblox website.
    • Install Roblox and try playing the game again.

If you’re still having problems with Roblox freezing, you may need to contact Roblox support for further assistance.

  3. BEX64 error in Roblox

The error report you provided indicates that Roblox crashed with a BEX64 error. BEX64 is a type of error code related to the Windows operating system, specifically indicating an issue with the application's execution.

Based on the information in the report, here are a few suggestions to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

Update Roblox: Make sure you are using the latest version of Roblox. Check for updates in the Roblox client and ensure you have the most recent version installed. Updating the game may fix any known issues or bugs.

Check system requirements: Verify that your computer meets the minimum system requirements for running Roblox. Ensure that your operating system, graphics card drivers, and other software are up to date.

Disable unnecessary background programs: Some background programs or processes may interfere with Roblox. Temporarily disable any antivirus, firewall, or other security software, as well as any unnecessary applications running in the background, and then try running Roblox again.

Clear Roblox cache: Roblox stores temporary data and cache files on your computer. Clearing this cache may help resolve any corrupted or conflicting files. You can do this by following these steps:

Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog box.

Type "%localappdata%\Roblox\logs" (without quotes) and press Enter.

Delete all the files in the opened folder.

Reinstall Roblox: If the issue persists, consider uninstalling Roblox and performing a clean reinstall. To do this, follow these steps:

Uninstall Roblox from your computer through the Control Panel or by using the uninstaller included with the game.

    Restart your computer.

Download the latest version of Roblox from the official website and reinstall it.

Contact Roblox support: If none of the above solutions work, it may be beneficial to reach out to Roblox support for further assistance. They can provide specific troubleshooting steps or investigate the issue further.

Keep in mind that the provided error report does not provide extensive details about the cause of the crash, so these suggestions are general troubleshooting steps. It's always recommended to reach out to the game's official support channels for more targeted assistance.

  4. Roblox will not uninstall no matter what I do.

Why is my computer not letting me click the login button on Roblox?

    Dear 25gamulaojp,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community

Thank you for reaching out for help with your issue regarding logging into Roblox on your Windows computer. I understand how frustrating it can be when you're unable to use an application as intended.

Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to determine if the issue is with your computer or the Roblox application, and to get you logged in successfully.

    1. Check System Requirements: Ensure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements to run the Roblox application. You can find these requirements on the Roblox website or in the application's documentation.
    2. Update Roblox: Make sure that your Roblox application is up to date. Updates often include bug fixes and compatibility improvements that can resolve issues like the one you're encountering.
    1. Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and that there are no network issues preventing the application from communicating with Roblox servers.
    2. Try Another User Account: If you have multiple user accounts on your computer, try logging into Roblox from a different account to see if the issue persists.
    3. Reinstall Roblox: Uninstall the Roblox application and then reinstall it. To uninstall, go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features, find Roblox in the list, click on it, and select "Uninstall." After this, download the latest version from the official Roblox website and install it again.
If none of these steps solve the problem, the issue may be with Roblox itself. Consider reaching out to Roblox support for further assistance.

Please try these steps and let us know if the issue persists. If you need any more help, feel free to ask.
