Windows 10: roblox wont download on my computer profile, but on other it does

ive been trying to download roblox on my computer and every time i do, the app opens up for a split second and then closes and doesn't work. i thought if i went on my sister profile it would work, but after it downloaded completely fine on her profile i switched back to mine and it kept not downloading. ive tried trouble shooting, deleting folders, resetting my computer nad it still doesnt work.

Cant download Roblox

the following information:

• Are you downloading the game from Windows Store?
• Is your computer connected via a wired or a wireless network?
• Are you able to download other games on your computer?

Roblox download issue

I found a few potential solutions to your Roblox download issue:

1. Reset the Microsoft App Store: Go to Settings > Apps >, find Microsoft App Store in the installed app list, click on the three dots and go to Advanced options, on the next page, scroll down and then click on Reset. Then try to download Roblox and see if it helps.
   
2. Reset Roblox: Go into Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Roblox > Advanced Options and choose Reset. After it resets restart PC and try again.
   
3. Provide Administrator Permissions: Providing administrator permissions to the RobloxPlayerLauncher file is a simple yet effective method used to resolve this problem and it has helped many users deal with this problem. Providing admin access can resolve some ownership and permissions issue which may be preventing the installation from completing.

Windows 10 Roblox problem

There are several reasons as to why you can't play Roblox on your computer. Windows Updates may affect the game not to play if your computer is not updated. To make sure that your Windows 10 is up to date, I suggest that you check for any Windows Update
by using this link as your guide.

In addition, make sure that Roblox is allowed to run on your Chrome by performing the following steps:

• Download Roblox and run its setup file.
• After the game has been installed, try to run it.
• You should get a message box saying “External Protocol Request”. Check
  Remember my choice for all links of this type and click Launch Application.

If the issue persists, I suggest that you use another web browser on your computer to check if that helps.
