Windows 10: Roblox wont open

I have tried many things to fix this but nothing seems to work. I have tried resetting the windows store, updated my laptop, used advanced settings for the app, troubleshooting, uninstalling and installing again, but nothing is working. I can not take my laptop out of S mode for some reason it says I need to check with something, but I should not have to do that I just want to fix this issue. If someone could get back to me that would be awesome, thanks.

i use windows 10 and i downloaded roblox from the microsoft store and it wont open it closes the minute it opens so i tried to open their website and it will also not open

Let's try uninstalling Roblox again, please follow all steps to properly eliminate all traces of Roblox.

1. Go to the Control Panel on your computer.

2. Click on "Programs" or "Programs and Features."

3. Locate "Roblox" in the list of installed programs.

4. Right-click on Roblox and select "Uninstall" or "Remove."

After uninstalling, navigate to the following folders and delete any remaining Roblox files:

C:\Users[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\Roblox

C:\Users[YourUsername]\AppData\LocalLow\Roblox

C:\Users[YourUsername]\AppData\Roaming\Roblox

5. Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.

6. Type regedit and press Enter to open the Registry Editor.

7. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software and delete the "Roblox" folder.

8. Similarly, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software and delete the "Roblox" folder.

9. Restart your computer to allow all the changes to take effect. Then, try reinstalling Roblox once again.

When reinstalling Roblox, try installing the Microsoft Store version.

• Click on the “Compatibility” tab.
