Windows 10: Roblox won't run

I have a Samsung Galaxy notebook 8cx gen 2 snap dragon 64 bit Arm based processor! Im having trouble running Roblox on windows and it won't download in any browser!

Skype Won´t work... games won´t work...

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!
