Windows 10: Roblox works fine on the Microsoft version but crashes on the website one

Over the past month, Roblox keeps crashing after exactly 15 mins of playing the game. I'm confused because it works normally on the Microsoft version, but not working on any browser, including Chrome and Microsoft Edge.1- I have a gaming laptop that is not even a year old, so the problem is not with my PC.2- I have tried uninstalling Roblox, deleting all the temporary files, cash data, and the whole Roblox file. Nothing worked!3- I am 100% sure that it's not my antiviruses, because Roblox have full permission in them.4- I tried experimenting in Chrome and see if that makes difference, also not

Roblox keeps crashing

So I downloaded roblox on Microsoft Store and launched it. But when it said checking for updates, it crashed immediately. Other apps work fine, except roblox. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

My Roblox is crashing on browsers/ launcher but it works on microsoft version..?

When I run Roblox on chrome, it crashes after like 1~2 minute- I tried to solve this problem by resetting my pc and I also cleaned my laptop fan (it had a lot of dust), updating drivers, etc but it didn't work and kept crashing. But, somehow the Microsoft version works well..? I am curious why I can't run Roblox on my browser or launcher but I can run it on Microsoft version.

I mean I could use the Microsoft version- but it's just that I can't use shift lock on the Microsoft version
