    Røde Podcaster recognized but not working


    Hello everyone! So the deal is that I have a Røde Podcaster which I love dearly and almost a year ago it stopped working, I think it was after all the wannacry stuff. Anyways, the microphone is recognized by windows properly, I can use the built in speakers but not the microphone itself. I have had it serviced twice but they could not find anything and have forwarded the info to Røde Mics. Is there any solution to this? The most common problem seem to be windows messing up the config or something. I have tried almost everything I've seen on the forums, I've tried updating the drivers, ASIO4all, other operating systems and different computers, I have not yet tested anything on Win 8.1 or 7. Someone has gotten their problem fixed while others have not. If anybody has solutions then I would be more than grateful. Cheers
