Windows 10: ROG Ally X Windows 11 Error code 0x80073CF9

Hi,This error is driving me insane since day one of purchasing this device. Game bar on Xbox App has not been able to update with this error and there would be multiple MS Gaming Overlay notifications.I've tried other solutions and I cannot recall how many I've tried and failed. How To Fix BitLocker On ROG ALLY

My friend recently bought an Asus ROG Ally as of yesterday. When he updated it however, BitLocker said he needed a recovery key to access it. Since ROGs have Windows 11 as an OS, I assumed here would be the place to ask. He can't actually type in the spot where you type in the code so I don't even know if he can use his Asus Ally. How do I help him?

My rog ally keeps saying my pin isn't available (code: 0xd0000225) I clicked set my pin took me to enter my password and asked to send code to my phone and I didn't get anything then I clicked send code to my email it didn't get sent there either can someone please help?
