    ROG Zephyrus G14 downloaded from My ASUS an updated driver. Now I get a Blue Screen


    I boot up to a blue screen with message Choose your keyboard layout. I click on US, then I get Choose an option use a device, Troubleshoot, Turn off your PC. If I choose Troubleshoot, I get two options MYASUS in WINRE and Advanced options. If I click on MyASUS in WinRE it wants my recovery Key ID. But Microsoft will not send it to me. If I click Advanced Options, I have Startup Repair. It is unable to repair. Command Prompt, Uninstall Updates this also does not work for me. UEFI Firmware....not sure what to do here. System Restore, claims it can't use a restore point. and System

    Stuck then Blue Screen Error for ROG Zephyrus G14

    My system is getting stuck almost everyday after some work. I hard restart it then it can work fine later for that day. Sometimes if I don't restart, it goes to blue screen error and restarted itself. I think it's happening after I put my system to sleep then use it again. I'm using Asus ROG Zephyrus G14. dump files and NFO file is shared in the link below.

    Fingerprint scanner is not detected in Asus ROG Zephyrus g14 after Windows update.

    I just bought Asus ROG Zephyrus g14. I could use fingerprint scanner when I first setup my laptop. But after some updates, I can't use Windows hello fingerprint sign on. It is not detecting the hardware. Though I installed Goodix driver, it's still showing
    same error.
