  1. Rogue Admin Folder Keeps appearing after PC Reset

I used PCmover to move data to a new computer. It brought an admin user with a partial folder name. This user is visible in File Explorer but not in the Settings Accounts window. Trying to remove it in Windows results in 'a file is open in another folder' preventing deletion. In PowerShell I get tons of errors when using rmdir command. This folder prevents installation of some software - the installation includes the rogue folder in the installation path, even though I specified another location. I reset my PC but this rogue folder reappeared! What is going on, and how can I remove this user

    :)

    admin password?

You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

    folder appeared

The hidden files get assigned a letter sometimes, if you try to mount any ISO via Explorer r-click. My 'mystery' drive letter is almost always 'Z'. You can simply remove the letter and the essential file will once again be hidden by:

Open command prompt (admin), type at each step, observing spaces-
    diskpart (hit Enter)
    list volume (hit Enter)
select volume # (corresponding to one you want to disassociate, in this case, 4 & hit Enter)
    remove letter=F (Enter)
list volume (to double-check that this worked)

  4. Rogue Admin Folder Keeps appearing after PC Reset

    Folder appears unknown

2 New folders have appeared unknown source, and will not delete.

    Admin (PC) and bev (joe-pc).

They also appear under software in device manager. What gives? I have Bitdefender AV. I cannot ID which folder they are under. Listed under "This PC"
