Add a MAC address to PC

trying to add a MAC address for ROKO wireless connection to my PC, Pls help thks

 

Can't find my wi-fi after upgrading to windows 10

I listened to Brad Rokos's response but failed to work. However, that page he said to go on I clicked trouble shoot and you can get the computer to diagnose the Wi-Fi and what came up on my was wireless capability was turned off. I'm currently trying to
figure out to turn it in. Once I find out I'll update you

 

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3197954) full of SFC errors!

After more than a month of trying to solve this problem with help from forums etc. I contacted Microsoft technical support and finally after three days of phone calls with them (theirs originating in a time zone 13 hours, presumably India, ahead of mine,
which is Central) and 4 different technicians, they acknowledged that the update was corrupted and they re-installed Windows 10 OS on my computer, which then failed to install, saying my computer could not handle Windows 10 (which it has been running since
June 2016) because the partition was not correct. The last Microsoft tech with whom I worked, a man named Roko who was immensely helpful and stayed with me throughout the events after the previous three techs had disconnected from me and never attempted to
reconnect, then installed a partition wizard which widened the partition and amazingly everything installed just fine and I am back to running well. Roko had already scheduled the case to be escalated because he did not really think he could fix it (an amazing
thing for MS to admit) so we were both overjoyed when his solution worked but he acknowledged he doesn't quite know why the problem or why this solution worked. I am just a person sitting in my home without anything more than rudimentary computer skills so
I certainly don't know either but I am glad to have the problem solved--for now!
