    Roland GX24 not working


    I have been gone, and just got back and my Roland GX24 won't cut. I've read about the windows update, but my pc has added MANY updates since July. I un-installed 2 of the updates that showed up in my uninstall list, but the file that needs to be un-installed still doesn't show up. Help please!

    windows update KB5039211 is stopping my roland cutter from working.

    The most recent Windows 10 updates stop my Roland GX24 cutter from working.

    Is anyone aware that this is happening?

    Hi Roland,

    This might be caused by an outdated driver. We'd like to know some information to help us isolate the issue:

    • Were there any changes made on your device prior to the issue?
    • Was it working properly before?
    • Can you remember the exact error message? If possible, can you send us a screenshot?

    As an initial troubleshooting step, we suggest updating the drivers for fax and scanners and see if it helps.

    Roland GX24 not working

    Roland UA4fx driver does not work

    After upgrading to Windows 10, Roland UA4FX driver no longer works. Downloading and installing the driver from Roland's website does not correct the problem. The device is detected by Windows when plugged in, however the detection does not proceed the driver
    installation, and thus the device does not light up or work to play or receive audio.
