Windows 10: Rolled Back from Windows 11; now Windows 10 Stuck on Home Edition

Surface was upgraded to Windows 11 "automatically" can't be sure if user updated it manually or if it got pushed to the device. Anyway, she didn't want it so the upgrade was rolled back to Windows 10. Was originally purchased with Home Edition, but subsequently upgraded to Pro Edition. Since the rollback to 10, Windows is confused. Microsoft Store says Pro is activated. OS tells me, however, that it's running Windows 10 Home Premium Edition Build 19043, Release 21H1. Any ideas how I can get the two to agree that Pro is actually what's running and unlock the Pro features needed? Than

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
