Windows 10: Rolling back to windows 10 using media creation tool

When I first upgraded to windows11 it didn't seem to bad and I liked it. and then after a few days after the 10 days roll back window I realized how better windows 10 was and how much I liked it more than windows 11. So I downloaded the media creation tool, downloaded the windows 10 file I think iso and then was about to continue but then in the selection screen to select what to keep and what to remove, The "Keep my files and apps" and "Keep my files only" options were greyed out and only the "Nothing" option could be selected. So I am confused. If I click the nothing option will it remove
